IN THE PAST MY FREEDOM WAS THERE AS IT IS NOW .
AS I SEE MORE OF WHAT MY FREEDOM MEANS THE MORE IT TASTES GOOD TO GET IT .
LIKE THE SUN EVEN ON A WINTERS DAY IT LOOKS GOOD BUT ITS COLD OUTSIDE THE EYES CAN STILL SEE THE GOOD THINGS AN INNOCENT PRISONER CAN SEE THE SUN .
Christmas a new year
Christmas a new year etc etc smashing another fucking 3 months of cold weather over another 3 to go how joyful this year is all the merriment and stuff how i feel is i don’t know but every time i feel like shit there is something to show me i am okay but i know that possibly it is not so good for what is showing me so in a way i feel better but worse – a bit like a one handed tennis player not able to serve .
still its been okay i still have the ability to see the to enjoy things and am lucky in that what i see that brings me down isnt as painful for me then that that is bringing me down .

The river of life flows like the water ever changing and in the water fish some like the salmon jumping against the tide to mate and they make it they never give up .in the river you flow ever changing then to the sea and onward with the tides in the oceans never knowning where you’ll be but always a part of of the universe you can lay looking from the ocean upwards to the stars free.
